LeadMomentum A2P-10DLC EIN Registration is LIVE!

EIN Registration is required by all telephone carriers as of 9/1/2023.

This registration is required to send ANY messages, including drip workflows and client communications.

*For users with more than one account, you will need to register your EIN in all accounts separately as each account is tied to an exclusive sub-account within Twilio's system. We don't have any information yet whether doing them all at once or at separate times is better.
 

Make sure you provide detailed information regarding how you’re getting your Opt-Ins from your customers.  This is very important.  There are examples provided below for how to answer each section required.  Make sure you change anything included in brackets to your own information {example}. These responses are manually reviewed for viability so be sure to check your answers and include all necessary details.

Trust Center Overview


The Trust Center provides products that can improve customer engagement by increasing throughput and brand recognition. To access the available Trust Center products go to:

Settings --> Phone Numbers --> Trust Center (top)

The Steps are as follows, with detailed instruction below:

1. Create a Business Profile to represent your business

2. Register an US A2P brand for US A2P 10DLC capabilities

3. Register a new campaign use case and link it to a Messaging Service

4. Complete SHAKEN/STIR [Also Live] and CNAM [Coming Soon] – this registers your business number with the carriers as valid business numbers


Business Profile Registration

To access the available Trust Center products, the first step would be to fill in all the required fields on the Business Profile section of your account. Located at Settings --> Business Profile

The following fields needs to be filled out to move forward with Trust Center Registration:

Upon submission you will receive the following confirmation

**Registration Instructions**

Click the Start Registration button in the Trust Center.

This is located at Settings --> Phone Numbers --> Trust Center (top of page)

Step 1 - Determine A2P Brand Needs

Select "Yes, the business I'm registering has a Tax ID (E.g. EIN, CCN etc.)

Step 2 - Select your Standard Brand Plan

Select "Low Volume Standard"

Step 3 - Fill in Business Details

This should automatically populate based on the information submitted in the Business Profile Section

Step 4 - Fill in Business Address

This should automatically populate based on the information submitted in the Business Profile Section

Step 5 - Fill in Authorized Representative Details

Fill in with your personal information

Step 6 - Enter Campaign Details (Use Case Description)

Copy and paste the following into the Use Case Description Box:
The campaign is to verify the customer would like to receive information via text based on their website request at {Enter Website Here}

Step 7 - Enter Campaign Details (Sample Messages)

Copy and paste the following into Sample Message #1:
Hi {customer name}, thank you for your request for information from {company name}. This is {agent name}. Would you still like information via text? Reply 'Y' to confirm, 'N' to unsubscribe

Copy and paste the following into Sample Message #2:
Hi {customer name}, this is {agent name} with {company name}. We received your information request from our website. Would you still like to receive a quote via text? Reply 'Y' to confirm, 'N' to end

Make sure the two boxes below the sample messages are checked.

Step 8 - End User Consent

Copy and paste the following into box 1:
Users can consent when they fill out the form on our website {Enter Website Here} and check the "consent" box, or they send us an SMS on our business number

Copy and paste the following into box 2:
START, SUBSCRIBE

Copy and paste the following into box 3:

You have successfully opted-in to receive notification and promotions SMS from {company_name}. Please reply STOP to opt out at any point in time in the future.

Click submit and you're done. You should receive the following confirmation screen.


The Brand Approval and Campaign registration can take up to 7 days, but is usually completed within 2-3.

SHAKEN/STIR Trusted Calling (Voice)

1. Click on Enable Trusted Calling

2. Fill in your Friendly Name. Your Business Profile information should be automatically filled. Check the "I Certify" box, click submit, and you're done.
